When you walk into the townhouse you have a dining room with direct access to the kitchen. There is a large family room with fireplace. The kitchen has major appliances including stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. There is a half bathroom off the hallway running between the dining room and the family room.
Upstairs you have the two bedrooms. Each bedroom has their own private bathroom. There is a laundry room between the two bedrooms that has washer & dryer hookups. No more walking up and down stairs with a laundry basket when you need to do laundry. The first bedroom has two closets for storage. The second bedroom has a huge walk-in closet.
The townhouse has a private fenced back patio. This is perfect place for your kids to play or to cook out. Some of our townhouses also have a fenced front patio.
Each townhouse has off-street parking. There is enough parking for two cars. If you have friends over, there is room for them to park in the street.
